Terms of Service

The service

TRADEZENN is a trading journal. You can import or enter closed trades, organize them by account and strategy, and review analytics, a P&L calendar, and coaching notes from Zenn. We may change, pause, or remove features.

TRADEZENN is not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser. It does not hold funds, route orders, or recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Analytics and Zenn notes are descriptions of the history you provided. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for your trading decisions.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials private.

Plans and payment

• Free includes up to 100 stored trades and one Zenn tip per week. No card is required.
• Pro is $24.99 per month for unlimited trades and one Zenn tip per day. You subscribe and cancel inside the app. Fees are charged by Stripe through Clerk Billing.

Zenn tips require at least 10 closed trades. Partner promo codes, if you have one, are entered in the app and apply only as described at checkout. Taxes may be added where required. If a payment fails, Pro access can end.

Your data and imports

You keep ownership of the journal content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, and display it so we can run the service, including sending recent closed trades to OpenAI when you request a Zenn tip.

You are responsible for the files you upload. Import MetaTrader 5 and Tradovate history only if you have the right to use it. We may reject uploads that exceed size or row limits, or that we cannot parse.

Acceptable use

You will not:

• Break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, or try to access another person’s journal.
• Upload malware, or submit content you do not have the right to store.
• Present Zenn output or analytics as personalized investment advice from us.

Our property and other services

The TRADEZENN name, interface, and software are ours. You may not copy them to offer a competing service. Charts and some screenshots are provided by TradingView under their own terms. Sign-in and billing are provided by Clerk and Stripe under theirs.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that analytics, imports, exchange rates, or Zenn notes will be accurate, complete, or available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, trading losses, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending access

You may stop using TRADEZENN at any time and cancel Pro in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates risk for other users, or that we are required to close. The sections on disclaimers, liability, and your content license survive for as long as they need to.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere that cannot be waived.

Write to hello@tradezenn.com about these terms. If we change them, the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
